Asthma Management for Older Adults - Training for Home Visitors

PVAC held a series of trainings for home visitors on Asthma Management for Older Adults. The training took place on Oct 30, 2014, Nov 13, 2014, Dec 4, 2014.  The training was open to community health workers, health educators, public health nurses, visiting nurses, --any outreach workers who visit older adults in their homes.
